Wilson is washed, has been for a while now, if the Giants are lucky they might get a 6th or 7th pick for him

Their plan was to start Dart at some point this season. There is no going back to Wilson (unless Dart gets injured) so they only had to wait until they were to a point where that made sense. 0-3 is about as early as they could’ve done it. The locker room must know that Wilson is cooked.

I'd probably take whatever is offered.  The team is utter trash so you might as well save a little cash off his 2M salary and get something for him.

Wilson would chAnge that offense entirely which is fine. The OL can't block and he can barely run but it's different than Burrough. 

 

He can hopefully keep the play alive in the pocket to find a target. The bengals can run shallow routes and be fine.

I hear you, but Wilson doesn’t offer more than a middling skill set at this point, that and Cinci’s O line is middling as well, not a match made in heaven, so to speak, jmo.

If it were me, I would be just playing Dart in some garbage time over the next couple of weeks to acclimate him. Once I got through my brutal schedule I would then move to starting him.

Dart gives me Bo Nix rookie season vibes.  Some good escape and running ability. Pretty solid passer, tough, good arm, decent pocket awareness.  It might take a few games but it’s a good move and Daboll is on life support

Trading for Wilson and starting him would literally be a waste of a season. He is not getting that team to the playoffs. He stinks.

To be fair, he was considered a great quarterback still when he was traded to Denver.

I don't think he has ever been great. He has been pretty darn good, but never great. Just my opinion. I think he was always overhyped.

That will work for two games before the DCs catch up, flood the short area of the field and it's back to square one. I don't think even the Bengals are stupid enough to think this plan could work. 

Wilson's time in the NFL is coming to an end.
