Wacka Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Was on YT just now and one of those reel videos came up. It was Thurman and Tasker holding the first tailgate at the new stadium. They were in the paved area by Abbott Rd and a Wegman's truck pulls up with the stuff for a tailgate. Then they cut to them standing o the truck and out of the crowd comes Pinto Ken saying " Someone gave me a burger, but with no condiments on it! " The video ends with ketchup and mustard hitting the camera! 1 3 Quote

Me and the boys used to rent out a decent size uhaul, put a couple ratty couches, a grill, etc, to bring down to tailgate. Rumor has it that anyone that didn't fit in the cab would ride in the box 1 1 Quote

We would play regularly in Pennsylvania, Ontario, and all places local. When me, the sound guy, and the lighting guy didn't drive, we would string hammocks in the back of the cube truck with all the equipment, and sleep or get high while traveling to gigs. 1 Quote
JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted September 12 Posted September 12 Ken was telling me about this (and other stuff we'll be seeing him in) the night before the opener. He's been a busy boy. 1 Quote

JÂy RÛßeÒ Posted September 12 Posted September 12 The good news as far as the Pinto goes is that this kind of thing keeps the Wisniowka flowing and the ketchup spraying. Ken is retired now after all, and that stuff don't grow on trees. (Well, I guess it kinda does but you know what I mean) Quote
