Mat68 Posted August 1 Posted August 1 After watching Kyle Allen, and thinking of Trubisky/White/Bruechel. 2026 is expected to be a very deep Qb draft. How early are you ok with drafting a backup? 4th? Higher? Lower? 1 Quote

Refs are still spotting the ball. So the virtual measurement is just replacing the chains. We got screwed by where the refs spotted the balls so would have been same outcome. 2 1 Quote

Yeah I was just thinking about that and was going to look it up. I remember reading articles that the technology for chip/GPS wouldn't be accurate enough with current technology, and visual like tennis would obviously be obscured by bodies. So after they showed it and I posted I wondered if it was just visual from where they spot like you said. What they really need to do is improve the technology to be able to use the chip 3 Quote

Low Positive Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Almost one half of football on NBC and Collinsworth hasn't declared a single throw "Mahomesian." Must be a record. 1 Quote
That's No Moon Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Trey Lance looked surprisingly competent this evening. 3 1 Quote

Clyde Smith Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Two former Bills players are now coaches for the Lions. Kelvin Shepherd coach defense and Tashard Choice coach the RB's. 1 Quote

Thrivefourfive Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Lions looked frantically out of step. I dunno.. their HC isn’t an Xs and Os genius guy, and with those assistants gone. Limited dynamic-wise talent in Goff. Lion Country got burned real bad last year. Might see a significant slip from them this year. Writing them off! RB Hampton is a problem already. Chargers are going to be a grind to beat. Harbaugh is on a media blitz mission to make everyone believe Herbert is the next coming. Should be fun to watch them deal with the internal pressure Harbaugh carries with him. Quote
