I wonder if they keep Lyon, Georgiev and Ellis on the NHL roster, or if Georgiev gets released? 

 

 

I don’t know if he’s fallen out of favor. I think Kevyn still loves him. But I do think they have at least stopped treating him as the anointed one (lol) and realized he needs to be properly developed, not forced into the NHL. And that legit competition for him is a good thing.

 

I suspect Lindy has a lot to do with the new approach.

I just looked and you can get $12.50 tickets for the 10/15 game.  Im sure they will get even lower next week

I am pleasantly surprised. I thought they might try to carry 3 goalies for a while. But I’m glad they’re giving Ellis a legit shot.

Pretty sure a standard domestic beer was $12 last season, so $18 for a 24oz isn't too bad of a deal.

There were a few decent chances in the second. But overall I agree with the sentiment. They played well but they weren't nearly dangerous enough.  

 

Despite the score, it was a closely played game.
