Not necessarily sure he's on the Bills radar but a UDFA guy who could help a team would be Lan Larison.  His 40 time aside he ran for almost 1,500 yards, had 850 yards recieving, and scored 23 TD's.  Threw some passes, made a few tackles, what else could you ask for?

So on Bond.

didn’t know that then again wasn’t heavy into NFL this offseason. Pulling away from it outside of Bills games

HUGE difference between an allegation and a formal arrest. Especially when you consider how many allegations lead to nothing with how difficult trying a case like that is. They don't charge without serious evidence - of which they have.

I went to UC Davis and went to a few games this year. Dude was their entire offense. Nice, fun player. Worth a sniff, but when they played higher level comp like Montana State it was much tougher sledding.

My wife had a question that I could not answer.

Can a player not declare for the draft, then sign with a team as a free agent after the draft?  Maybe he is not very good, or maybe he doesn't want to be drafted by a team he does not like, but wants to sign with a particular team?  Can someone do that?  Or do they have to declare for the draft in order to be signed by a team?  Does it matter if he was a junior or a senior in college?

If I recall correctly, Bills kicker John Leypoldt did not play in college, but was signed by the Bills after his college age class graduated.  Is that still possible?

No.  I always heard you must become eligible for the draft to sign int he NFL out of college.

Not going to act like I watched the game but he had 100 yards with a TD rushing and 100 recieving and completed a pass and averaged 5 ypc vs Montana State.  The biggest bonus is his size and pass catching.
