I’m all the way in on Walker, I think we’ve got ourselves an absolute monster. I’m glad we took a chance on him.

Hulk smash there

Yeah, this is a much better example of what he's capable of doing for the run D.

I was really surprised on how he has man handled and driven backwards last game. He needs to get lower stands too high.

That's what I saw on a plurality of snaps too, Walker getting pushed downfield while the rest of the DL was collapsing things. I'm not gonna kill a 21 year old rookie 4th rounder too much for it, they've put a ton on his plate with 91 and 92 out and he's exceeded all reasonable expectation.

Walker has made Dane Brugler's, a writer at The Athletic, "Mid-Season All-Rookie Team"

Loved this guy coming out of college.

I'm still amazed that we got him in the 4th round.

Yes! McD has been saying he wants to get bigger and more physical and even with the Ed injury,  we still have tremendous depth all over the DL

Bosa looking like he's in his prime

Walker looks dominant week in and out , what a steal

McBeane have always said, "football games are won in the trenches."

Though they've had their share of misses on the D-line, there's no question they've invested heavily in both lines and we're starting to see that practice pay off.

I am only through the first half, but Walker was very solid vs the run. Check out this goal line play following the Josh int in the first. Text book way to handle a double. He engages both blockers, keeping his LB clean while splitting the double giving up no ground and still working his way into the ball carrier. Just a high level play. Looking forward to see him continue to improve (and stay healthy!)
