I also wonder if the Bills wont draft one this late now because they will be able to attract more of them in the UDFA market by having a legit open roster spot or if they promote Shavers to the active roster, which I think is a legit possibility at this point, opens up a practice squad position. Whoever they draft now (if anyone) starts camp behind Shavers in the pecking order IMO. Quote

Even if cooper comes back I don’t think he changes much And again, I am VERY happy with how the defense has been addressed this offseason through today. But damn, Josh still needs help 1 Quote

Wonder if Eugene Asante LB out of Auburn is on the Bills radar. He fits their desires. Undersized LB at 6' 225lb, can really run sub-4.5, speacial teams ace. Quote
Low Positive Posted April 26 Posted April 26 I turned the TV off because it was starting to annoy me, and I'm following on the tracker on nfl.com. It's ahead. Quote

WR needs to learn playbook, run routes with Josh, get timing down. The sooner the better. It seems obvious to most, but Beane- we need ⚡️ fast WR! Same as last year. And the year before 1 Quote

sven233 Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Still a bunch of picks to go, but it will be very telling on how bad the Bond situation is if the Chiefs or Ravens don't end up picking him. 1 Quote

mannc Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Anyone know if there are any draft-able punters this year? Bills should be in the market... Quote
Ralonzo Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Titans take Kalel Mullings and hope he can be super for them. 1 Quote

Hollins was on special teams more than offense. The closest to a replacement for Gabe was Curtis Samuel. Quote

It’s so sad that this is where we’re at. Shavers the eternal PS king is still able to make our sorry WR corps. We have to be dead last if you looked at every teams WRs. Shakir is the only receiver who is consistent and would crack the top 3 of most other teams WR room Edited April 26 by NeverOutNick Quote

Also, Bills Points Scored Rankings last five years: 2024: #2 2023: #6 2022: #2 2021: #3 2020: #2 This draft is exactly what we needed. Lot of versatility added to the D-line and CB rooms too. That will help with the NFL kind of split right now...some teams moving back to heavier ground games (Baltimore, Philly, etc.), while others are still more passing/finesse (KC, LAR). Now, we should hopefully be able to run zone or man equally as well, and go either big and stout or fast and penetrating on the D-line depending on the circumstances. We gave Blichick some easy wins when he was pounding us with someone like Lagarrette Blunt, and we had no answer. We should at least have some different tools allowing for more options. 1 Quote
