All you’re doing here is setting up false comparisons based on single plays.  Goff ran around today and made some great plays off script as did Josh.  The NFL is full of extraordinarily talented athletes and we saw a bunch of them make great plays today.  Is Josh perhaps the most physically talented?  I’d say yes.  But that doesn’t mean the great plays made by teammates are somehow tarnished because of that.

Then do so

How many of the plays Josh made tonight is Jared capable of making? 60%?

That’s the point.

There were actually tons of contributors to this win.

The O-line is an incredible unit, Spencer Brown in particular playing like an animal.  Cook with 100 yards and 2 TDs (13 on the season!) Shakir was great.  Ty Johnson with a career game.

We might lose the game if Knox doesn’t make that fingertip catch on 3rd down.  We might lose that game if Hollins isn’t so sure handed on the onside kick.  Or if Benford doesn’t hassle St Brown into fumbling, or if Oliver doesn’t force two three and outs to begin the game, or if Taron doesn’t cover the final onside.

How about Joe Brady calling a hell of a game and going toe for toe with Ben Johnson?

The funny thing is that you know for a fact that Josh loves and respects his teammates and coaches but this board is a bunch of absolute misers about it.

Totally agree the defense is an embarrassment and needs to figure it out 17 isn't our QB we are an average team with a good QB and on the outside looking in with an average QB

I'm just blown away that so many folks are unable to be happy that the Bills beat the hottest team in the league while being in control literally the entire game.

Get some therapy or something.  Yeesh.

They do understand, they just don’t know why.

Why do 90% of Bills fans complain about the quality of other NFL offenses and how other games are “boring.”

Its because they are used to watching true, unique greatness that they take for granted

I'm happy about the win.

But do you know what you're saying here?  Because we got the W, everything is perfect, and there are no concerns.

Imagine being 1-1 in games your QB goes off for like 1000 yards and 10 TD’s lol

Its wild how you contradict yourself and don't even realize it.  You complain about those wanting to address the defense this offseason and then yet complain when we go 1-1 after scoring over 40 both weeks.

And this notion "Its all Josh Allen" is such a misstatement around here.  Guys made some incredible catches and plays today, it wasn't just Josh.  And anytime Josh puts up gaudy stats (whcih he always will) anyone can say "Its all Josh Allen"...but he is doing this because he has guys in front of him making plays and keeping him protected, guys making plays and adjusting when Allen improvises, making incredible catches and catch and run plays like Shakir, etc.

Yet people still say...Its all Allen.  That is such a discredit to the OL, Shakir, Cook, Coleman, Kincaid, even Knox today.

It’s so bizarre…like we all saw the mostly healthy bills defense hold the lions in check then injuries/killing clock opened the floodgates a little.

the rams game we were healthy and the rams did whatever they wanted all game.  It ain’t the same

Goff made some amazing throws and escapes/scrambles to keep their team in it today.  The Lions' running game was nonfunctional and the whole offense had to be generated by Goff.  He's a talented and experienced QB that had helmed a very good offense, and this year league-leading offense, for several consecutive seasons.

Bills fans take Josh for granted.  Sure.  Now I’ve heard it all.

You think I’m contradicting myself?

I think more assets devoted to Beane/McD building their defense is a waste of time. As noted by all their assets resulting in whatever the ***** it is we have been watching defensively the last 2 weeks and whatever playoff loss you wanna pick.

I would like more offensive assets so Josh doesn’t need to make 3 guys miss to throw to a JAG like Ty Johnson because he needs 10 seconds to get open. Or so Josh doesn’t have to run QB sweeps with 2 minutes left to get first downs.

Funny how you are so bad at winning an argument on topic, that you somehow lose two. Lol.

I thought Josh got bailed out on some off target throws in massive spots to be honest so this seems like one of the more bizarre games to say no one is good but josh 😂

he’s amazing but other guys are stepping up too.  Josh would be the first person to tell you it’s not all him

No team is perfect.  If you hold out for the perfect team, you will always be disappointed.

We held a lead the entire game over the hottest team in the league.  Why would I possibly be upset?

The Bills would have lost if you swap the QBs. I don't think they lose by 40 points. Two scores? Sure. Three? Maybe.

Genuinely curious how many QBs you think would have won this game for us today? I'm biased and I know it but I really think Allen is the only one. There was just so little margin for error. We needed our QB to make zero big mistakes and only like 3 minor mistakes, while also making multiple otherworldly plays that went way above and beyond the play call/surrounding talent.
