Richard Noggin
One more for tonight, again trading out of the 1st round. Trading every single pick, in fact, and ending up with roughly 5 top-100 prospects when initially we only had a look at 2. I don't know about the Miami OG, but otherwise these are guys who can play football at the next level. Mitchell at 36 is a dream. And I'll bet Beane really likes Kneeland, even if DE isn't a huge need in his eyes (probably isn't with 3 guys making money already).
Big Blitz
Yea I’m not sure Beane is moving up in RD 1. Only having 2 picks in the first 127 there is just no way unless it’s for one of the top WRs. Even then, just don’t see it. Now will he move from 28 to 26 sure that’s possible. But more likely we trade back.

But more likely we trade back. Agree that trading UP for a WR, more than a handful of picks, is unlikely and unwise. Especially with such a deep WR pool. Has Beane ever traded BACK in the 1st, though? Feels to me especially like a sit-tight-and-let-the-draft-come-to-you kinda year. I know some fans fear a repeat of KC jumping in front of us for McDuffie, but I think BOTH teams should just chill and pluck the awesome talent that falls to them. We assume both teams want a WR early. But I could easily see KC going OL or CB in the 1st. The Bills could also look at a DT, CB, or S. Fun to consider the permutations.

ScorpionZero
Now ya'all will look at this draft and say what did he give up to make it happen, and well you'd be right, most of you would say WTF no way. But aren't you sick of watching every year how we have to sit and wonder if Diggs is gonna be here, when will Davis reach that next level. Oh we should sign him, or maybe him, or him. Let's just get guys to play with Josh and we'll make it. Well I'm sick of it, I'd Rather make a 1 year draft sacrifice (2025) to have wideouts that can grow and blossom with our QB instead of this constant turnover. By doing this we're adding a WR 1&2 that can not only grow with our QB but are also cost controlled for 4 years, not counting the 5th year option. Within 2 years we could have the most lethal offense in the league, hands down. Most will not like this at all, but "to the bold" and we shall prosper. 1

BillsFanForever19
I don't advocate for going DT in Round 1. However, this Simulator being what it is - you can get Legette at 60 pretty regularly. I don't believe that's reality. And often the cupboard is pretty bare at WR at 28. According to the PFN algorithm, this may be one of my favorites I've done. Albeit COMPLETELY unrealistic. Yantha
This is a mock where in an imperfect world (such as it is), Addonai Mitchell and the usual WRs we want are off the board. And no trade up possibility.... 28 Byron Murphy DL | Texas Young stability on a DL that needs a boost in production. Collapse the pocket, stop the run. 60 Junior Colson LB | Michigan Cover linebacker that can take TE's out of the game. 128 Johnny Wilson WR | Florida State Some like him, some don't but I'm in the "like" column. I like our offseason FA additions and see an improvement in our WR room already. Wilson could be better than advertised, and is a CLEAR target for the red zone at his height. Put it up there... 133 Caelen Carson CB | Wake Forest Wished I had a good safety pick by now, but Carson is excellent value here, and could see the field. 144 Roger Rosengarten OT | Washington Another value pick, solid player. 160 Dadrion Taylor-Demerson S | Texas Tech Surprised to see Taylor-D here so it was a no brainer for me. He adds depth with upside at safety. Starting potential with time. 163 Ray Davis RB | Kentucky 5'10", 216lbs. Love his "pop". Nice replacement for the older guys we used to have in that role. 189 Ainias Smith WR | Texas A&M Tweener, gadgety kind of player that is a bit of a RB/WR prospect. Interesting player. I'll have to look into his KR/PR ability. 200 Ty'Ron Hopper LB | Missouri Excellent prospect on a solid team. Love what he brought to Missouri. Should be immediate impactful player on special teams, should he make the roster (or land on PS I guess... They can't ALL land on the 53. TOO MANY PICKS!) 204 Layden Robinson IOL | Texas A&M There will be some competition at OC. Robinson can try. 248 Braiden McGregor EDGE | Michigan Michigan pass rusher.... I mean at 248, why not give it a shot and develop this guy. We NEED some youth at EDGE. Edited March 21 by Yantha

Bigvinny
Matt Parrino's mock https://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/2024/03/buffalo-bills-7-round-mock-draft-trade-back-lands-mammoth-dt-speedy-wr.html ROUND 1 *TRADE DOWN* Bills send pick no. 28 and no. 163 to the Washington Commanders for pick no. 36 (Round 2) and no. 78 (Round 3). A few players would have changed the strategy at this spot if they hadn’t already come off the board in the draft. LSU receiver Brian Thomas Jr., Texas receiver Adonai Mitchell, Iowa defensive back Cooper DeJean, or even Texas defensive tackle Byron Murphy would have been the pick at 28. But all four players were gone. ROUND 2 Pick no. 36: Bills select T’Vondre Sweat, DT Texas The Bills have their three-technique pass rusher, Ed Oliver, on a long-term deal. So, with the first pick in the 2024 draft, Beane goes after a space-eating run stuffer who showed off down in Mobile, Ala., at this year’s Senior Bowl. Sweat may not get out of the first round.
