So, you’re saying Harbaugh is better than Reid….because McDermott is 3-4 against him.

Don't bring the logic into this discussion. We're in full-on offseason panic mode. Wait until the Pats draft a QB. This place will declare the Bills as the worst team in the division.

Who cares if he is better than Reid. He is without a doubt light years better than McDermott and that is all that matters.

I’d bet money in 2 years time the chargers will get farther than us in the playoffs if we still have McD leading this team. We missed out on a true game changing and QB elevating coach

2 years?

harbaugh and Herbert will hit the ground running !!!

playoffs and a wild card win for sure

that team is loaded on the offense if they can keep them together

Staley is just horrible he couldn’t win with that!!!

Exactly right, so what do you think Harbaugh would do with our current team and an even better quarterback

The Chargers are a complete mess cap-wise, they are going to lose a lot of talent this offseason. And I don't see Harbaugh as a revolutionary coach who will turn around a team no matter what, but he's a solid coach & having his decision-making instead of Staley's may be all they need to get to the playoffs.

Like most cap issues … this is a little overblown….

The Bills are over by more …

This royally sucks.  One of the best coaches in football in the AFC.  On top of the Chiefs Ravens Bengals you can add Chargers Texans Maybe the Browns and Broncos.

we’re never getting over this hump

If the bills didn't at least try to pursue Harbaugh they screwed up majorly.

The Milwaukee Bucks today fired a first year coach who started 30-13 . The bills are going to hold onto McDermott for an 8th season !  Because he's racking up divisional titles...DIVISIONAL TITLES..... he's NOT EVEN .500 in the playoffs with a top 5 QB.

Why would he leave Michigan after only 1 title?

Wouldn't he wanna stay and win multiple national championships?

And Harbaugh and Bellicheck are both available!
