As he was walking away a young family stopped him and asked him if he would take a picture of them. They had no idea who he was, he took the picture and introduced himself to the young daughter with this classic line. " Hi my name is Steve, whats yours? Nice to meet you, Go Bills! I was in there doing some shopping and hopped in line to meet one of my heroes. Steve was just as nice and genuine as can be.
