If they’re liberals, they’re racist as hell. Minorities don’t want or need help from the simps on the left.
They are beginning to realize that they are being played by the left for votes.

It’s no coincidence the lowest unemployment percentage for minorities in the history of tracking was under the Trump administration.
Facts over feelz!

Yeah, I knew that you weren’t going to have the mental stability to be able to understand this oh well

this mental stability and cognition tie up is interesting. You sound like a real genius … unflappable, really. Now about this bridge, someone with your intellect needs at least one. Don’t miss this chance!

You have me confused with someone else. Also, you forgot to label me as MAGA. Are you OK? Or is it possible that the tranquility of the yoga has set you on a new course?

Fine.  It does seem to increase inner strength but I'm just getting started.  Maybe more deep breathing and less down facing dog...

Recurring MAGA theme:  project obvious failings on the enemy.  You can fully expect they'll do it every time.

Probably has nothing to do with the fact that half of Florida is built on sand at sea level right? Because insurance company's are know for assessing their risk based on politics right?

no, you do california.  It's your argument. Have insurance companies left the entire state?  inquiring minds want to know.

Anybody who wants to live in those red states deserves to. As mentioned in another thread, they shouldn't expect open arms receptions from the natives when housing prices jump.

And the other half mosquito, snake and gator infested swamp.  Then you can go to the theme parks for serenity.  Or pick up the clap in one of the senior planned communities.  Sounds amazing.

Several major insurance companies, including Chubb, Liberty Mutual, and AIG, have announced plans to scale back their homeowner coverage in California due to future climate-related losses1. Some insurance companies are also leaving or reducing underwriting in California due to state regulations and fire exposure2. In 2018, a law was signed prohibiting insurance companies from canceling or refusing to renew homeowners' policies in areas impacted by a wildfire until twelve months after the blaze3. Insurance companies have challenged this regulation in court. The state insurance department is expected to begin requiring that providers offer lower rates to homeowners who fireproof their homes, which some in the insurance industry worry could lead to providers scaling back their presence in the state even further

What do home insurance costs have to do with any of this? Those costs are based on risk and replacement costs. If you live somewhere where fire, earthquakes, or floods/storms will cause your home to be replaced then insurance companies will raise your premium. And, just as importantly, if the cost of replacing your home goes up, so too will your premium. Is this complicated? No.

it's got everything to do with how desirable a place is to live.  And right now, apparently Fla is that.  No idea why.

in the case of California, legislation helped make the problem worse.
