If we don't take WR at 27, it better be OT, TE or Robinson

That’s the perceived dilemma.

No fan is excited about Bernard, Dodson or Spector competing.

Maybe the Bills are telling the truth, and they think 1 of those 3 can be a starting MLB.

If so, then WR is firmly in play at #27.

But the other factor here is, there are only two linebackers in this draft that scouts are excited about as a starting MLB - Sanders and Campebell.

If you pass on both of them at #27, are you betting that you can get one of them at #59?

And with only (6) picks, can the Bills really afford to trade up?

And so, it’s pass on Campbell/Sanders at #27 and then having to trade back 10-picks or so to get one of them, and what are you getting for that move down? A 4th? That doesn’t solve the weapons problem.

Hope we made a fair offer.

😂, Vet minimum is top one percent income in America, so I’m pretty sure he will be okay,

You have a few other options.

Sign Zach Cunningham

wait for a veteran LB to be cut in the summer

Or trade a late 2024 draft pick for an LB that isn't a scheme fit on their team

I'm just tired of spending premium picks on Defense

The only thing is they’re running out of money.

We know the 2023 cap is less than $8M in space now, and that’s got to cover rookies and IR money, and Beane has said 2024 is already tight.

So they need cheap labor. Dip into 2024 picks to secure a weapon and Campbell/Sanders early in this draft?

Extend DaQuan Jones.  There's a nice chunk.    Trade Oliver, there's 10 Million

I mean, we weren’t going to sign a big money guy, and the team is better than it was before the signing.

So I’d say it’s mildly inspirational.

I want Melvin Ingram.  The guy plays strong, nasty and is a complete game wrecker.  He has singlehandedly ruined games against us with PIT, KC and MIA

Yeah .. but Ingram isn’t gunna take $1.7 M to come here …would also cost them their comp pick I think …

I’m excited about Bernard, Dodson and Spector competing if the alternative is drafting a LB at 27.

They can’t wait that long … he may still decide to not come here or even retire  so what do they do then?

Most of the veterans on the market now will wait to see what teams actually have a spot available and didn't draft their position

I’d take him too, what does that have to do with my post?

You said Shaq was mildly inspirational.  I was thinking Ingram would be inspirational

Same result in playoffs

Yeah i get your sputtering rage in a general sense but being mad about Shaq Lawson isn't it dude.  He's been a very good player for the Bills, and you certainly aren't going to get an upgrade for what he's making
