Trade down to 33 and got an extra 73, 104 (turned into OC/OG Tippmann, and WR Tank Dell)

Upgraded RT, landed Jack Campbell

Added depth/competition at IOL.

Added depth at safety, DT, RB, and even OT.

Chaos, it's mock draft database.  Free.

Just considering a few things...

Wondering who our NICKEL is next season?

Who matches up on TE Kelce or other top end TE's.

So Joe B of the Athletic is a better negotiator than you as he also traded with Detroit, threw in a 5th but he was able to wrangle an extra 2nd out of them.  Then traded 2 sixths to get back into 5th.  This is his latest.

I suppose this violates the rules of this thread as he did make an additional late round trade.

I know many will not be happy with no O lineman early, but really isn't an easy path for one to make the 53 man roster without cutting someone who likely would be  better player in 2023 than who they may draft in mid rounds.

Not sure he is better, but I'm sure he has more information and time.😉

As to the Mock, I wouldn't be surprised if they don't take an early OL nor would I be surprised if they don't take a safety at all this year. Like the Campbell pick, will be surprised if he lasts to 48 though.

I do like your picks of Campbell, Johnson and Morris. 😁

I meant better in that he got an extra 2nd round pick out of the trade and more saying in a joking manor.

I would like to remind Drafters that we have no DTs under contract for next year and maybe instead of taking a RB which is highly unlikely to happen with 6 picks, perhaps think about 2 DLinemen.

As of now we have 5. I would look to try to get a 4th out of Settle (who only backed up Jones) and clear 3 mil. off of this year's cap and 1.8 from 2024.

As a matter of fact the way things stand now, come this time next year, this will be a far bigger topic than Oline is this year.

I'd gladly trade to Houston for that 2nd pick in the 5th.

For some reason, the Bengals gave me pick 92 to move up one position, so of course I took it:

28. Darnell Wright T Tennessee

59. Rashee Rice WR SMU

91. Joe Tippmann C Wisconsin

92. DeMarvion Overshown LB Texas

PFN:

Traded 27 to GB for 45, 78, and a 2024 2nd

45: Jack Campbell, LB Iowa

59: Gervon Dexter, DT Florida

78: Sydney Brown, S Illinois

91: Luke Wypler, C Ohio State

130: Bryce Ford-Wheaton, WR West Virginia

137: Mekhi Garner, CB LSU

205: Yaya Diaby, Edge Louisville

RAS on all players was 9+, fitting the mold of our draft style. I was hoping Avila would be there at 59 because he would have def been the pick, but Wypler in the 3rd is good as well. Not perfect but playing with only 1 trade means you take BPA and move on

What? No WR?😱😉🤣

BPA after the first two picks did not come close to any available WRs. I mentioned in a different post, that the Bills don't have much liklihood of finding a WR2 better than Davis, one of the 3 LBs who are expected to be first year starters in the NFL, and an offensive tackle that is likely to be better than Spencer Brown this year.  Two of out three is going to have to do.
