General Flynn Files Lawsuit Against US Gov't

Recommended Posts

General Michael Flynn is a retired United States Army lieutenant general who was the 24th U.S. National Security Advisor for the first 22 days of the Trump administration. General Flynn, a staunch Trump ally and confidante, was forced to resign in 2017 following screaming reports that he had lied regarding conversations with Sergey Kislyak, a Russian diplomat.  This was while the Democrat Party and highest levels of US intelligence concocted an attempted coup to take down the sitting President based on what they knew was fraudulent accusations that Trump was Vladimir Putin’s stooge.  General Michael Flynn was collateral damage.  They had to remove him to get to Trump.

General Michael Flynn was a huge target of Barack Obama, Democrats, the Deep State, and crooked Judge Sullivan, after he joined with Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign for president.  Obama particularly hated Flynn for pointing out the obvious during congressional testimony, that Antifa was sweeping across Syria-Iraq and Obama had no plan to prevent this.

After he was set up and removed from White House, Flynn was persecuted by lawless Judge Emmet Sullivan in a case that was dropped by the DOJ.  But for months afterward, Judge Sullivan refused to dismiss the case.  For some reason, this crooked leftist judge decided to pursue the charges himself knowing there was nothing there.  President Trump eventually pardoned General Michael Flynn after the system persecuted him and failed him.

Since that time, the American public learned through court proceedings that charges should never have been filed against General Flynn.

This lawsuit likely will go nowhere but he should be able to grift a good amount of money off it it, which is likely the goal.

Him pleading Guilty is probably not going to look great in it. Also the fact that the legal process didn't actually result in him having the charges dropped and him going free, he had to have his buddy pardon him, not a great look either.

It’s critical to tell a good story, establish a good narrative, and get some sympathetic people to listen to you.

The upper echelon of the FBI certainly appeared to target him,  and as they say, if there’s nothing to worry or be ashamed of, nothing to see here.

Malicious prosecution cases are next to impossible to win and the facts here are really tough for Flynn.

Very little chance of a victory in the legal arena, but that’s clearly not the purpose of this filing.

It’s funny, maybe, but I feel the same about virtually every liberal poster here.  Not necessarily the insane part, though a couple come to mind there, but on the general weakness of their positions to one of the great questions of our time.

I’ll ask you since you’ve boldly stepped forward with a clinical diagnosis.

Why were liberals comfortable with Democrat leaders declaring Trump was illegitimately elected in 2016, that some had documented evidence of treasonous behavior, and cast major, serious doubt about the safety and security of our election when nothing of the sort was eve le proven?

The narrative was completely false.  100% completely made up.

So far, virtually every person I have asked this have passed on answering.  @nedboy7 didn’t share thoughts on Illegitimate elections of 2016,  but as I recall, did suggest that Trump’s actions on 1/6 qualified as treasonous.  @redtail hawk  did opine that no one paid any attention to that stuff, as I recall, which in the context of a completely legitimate election, is mad-azzed crazy conspiracy stuff designed to mislead their base.  It worked well.

I don’t even know if he’s nuts, I think he’s taking advantage of very lonely, unwell people for money.

Same cloth as Ron “I’m Totally Not Q” Wadkins. Dude grifted tons of money for his senate run, then fled town and came in dead last in the primary.

😂

Didn’t break your brains?  You numbnuts believed Trump was a Russian plant sired of Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale for nearly 4 years, then transitioned from treason to obstruction when Fritz Mueller cuh-rapped the bed in spite of virtually unlimited police power to squeeze people into saying whatever he wanted.  Rashkolnikov!

But, thanks for the reply, it’s honest and I appreciate that.  It makes no sense when considering what happened in our country prior to/post Trump election, but it does prove what I’ve longed believed:

A true believer is 100% comfortable with their version of leadership lying, manipulating, selectively leaking bs stories, using the power and weight of the government and kicking in doors and knocking heads.

For all the hand-wringing about Trump and tyranny, every time the coin is flipped on abuse of power, it lands donkey-side up on a garage floor near a classic Corvette and a box of our previously precious National Secrets.

Everyone want a good laugh this am?

Guess who is representing Traitor Flynn?

None other than Jesse Binnall - Trump’s big bad StOP tHe StEaL attorney who worked to overturn the 2020 Presidential campaign in Nevada. Binnall is also associated with nut job Sydney Powell.

And there is more (lmao): Top Trump Lawyer Is a Longtime Tax Deadbeat

Former President Donald Trump and his top election-fraud lawyer, Jesse Binnall, have a number of things in common—they both falsely believe the election was stolen, they hobnob with some of the right’s most unhinged conspiracy theorists, and they routinely complain that they’re the focus of a witch hunt. But another similarity has flown under the radar: Both men avoid paying taxes.

Same Lawyer - same approach with the Flynn suit

Binnall mentions DEEP STATE in his Tweet but he is hilariously associated with the DEEP STATE:

Bunch of freakn losers…

It’s a civil suit, one of a kazillion filed every year.  Worst case scenario is it’s frivolous, one of a kazillion every year. Best case scenario is that treachery and deceit are uncovered and the nation is better for it.

Meanwhile, there are twisting tales of conspiracies, deep dives into the legal teams, and legal opinions from keen legal minds and noted scholars SkinsFans4Life, Mike O’Grady and DannoDisgust opine leading to claims of secret lieutenants in the Trump Illuminati.

@L Ron Burgundy suggests no brains have been broken but I’m not so sure.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the whole treason thing was run up the flagpole with Mueller, Biden, Pelosi et al, to no avail.  It’s fashionable to yell it out, but it goes nowhere and we don’t want to do that again, do we?

I’m serious about my characterization of General Flynn’s case.  Carry on, soldier.

Oh, this is probably time #17 when the “we don’t care” crowd suddenly, selectively, and myopically cares again.  How very flynnteresting.

Flynn has the best legal representation ever - put all your eggs in that basket - do it!

Something tells me I should review what you had to say about Durham.

Keep running into concrete walls.  It’s a good look on you.

Let’s keep score.  Red Tail is suggesting the civil suit filed by General Flynn results in charges of treason against him.

Now, you’re talking eggs, baskets, Durham, concrete walls, and things that look good on me.

He already was convicted of an imprisonable crime.   some d bag pardoned him. I'll bet they could find another...

But there are scores of stories about malicious prosecution, heavy-handed tactics, deceitful investigators and corrupt judges.  You know that.  I know that.  Everyone knows that.

We also know that guilty people get pardoned, innocent people get pardoned, that people victimized by the system are sometimes pardoned, and political persecution is a thing.

Be that as it may, you specifically mentioned “treason” and he was never charged with treason.  He didn’t plead guilty to treason.
He was not pardoned in connection with a treason charge.

As for Flynn, now, here, today, he’s exercising his right as a citizen to pursue justice as he sees fit.  Sometimes, that’s the only option.
