The secret service has confirmed that part already. So has Trump in an interview post January 6th.

I am waiting for an answer from my political sparring partner of how he believes Trump was promoting an armed insurrection at the rally but the Secret Service allowed him to speak to armed men? Literally I asked how to makes these thoughts work together about almost 24 hours ago without any response.
