Traded 30,62,161, and next year's 1st for 6.

Then traded 93 and 2023 1st for 2nd rd.

Then traded back twice using 5th, to pick up 3 xtra 6th rounders.

2 immediate starters, some thump for the RB room, slot/gimmick/returner.

Then some developmental players and of course I got hubert.

Was thinking about something mentioned in a couple of threads now about trading for some picks next year. Seeing we really do not have "any major holes", I thought I would play around. Also started to look at some of the mock draft databases for info on some prospects that have been brought up in some other threads to see where they may land (not perfect, I know). And this is what I came away with.

30. Trade 31, 2022 5th KC

31. Trade 42, 2022 3rd&4th Giants

42. Trade 45, 2022 6th Jax

45. Trade 54, 2022 3rd&4th Colts

54. A. McNeill DT NC State

61. T. Campbell CB Georgia

93. J. Carman OT/OG Clemson

161. S. Fehoko WR Stanford

174. D. Barnes LB Purdue

213. M. Koonce Edge Buffalo

236. C. Evan's RB Michigan

Not a bad draft and loaded for bear next year.

After trading back two spots I still got a top CB and ended up with 3 straight picks in the 3rd that not only allowed me to pick best available but also developmental depth with big upside at 3 positions of need.

Edge, Kansas St.- just kidding I didn’t draft him, shout out to Scorpion!

No pass rusher, oh well.  We need a stud pass rusher and I just think there will be any available.  We can take a swing and hope, but I’d much rather add 2 weapons in Marshall and Gainwell + our cb2 should be our game plan.  Unless a JOK falls, I think, based on the talent projections on the board, WR or corner will be our first pick.

that said, I think the brieda signing may have ended hopes of drafting Gainewell.
