The two places in the world that are struggling the most had the strictest lockdowns and mandatory mask use. Hawaii and Peru are a mess. The only reason NY is doing good now is because of how bad you did in the beginning. Cuomo taking credit for low numbers now that are only happening because so many got infected under his initial incompetence. Indoor or out. We should be doing everything possible to ensure people who are at risk of catching the disease and being killed by it are safe.
