After all the businesses, farms, etc. are collectivized by the government a small packet of pot will be part of the weekly paycheck. This will keep guys like Tibs pacified as they will no longer care about the hopelessness of being under a far reaching central government. Note to Tibs is all you liberals think you will be right there with the ruling elites enjoying the good life while the masses hopelessly toil but it will not be that way in reality. In reality the socialist/communist governments are the ultimate pyramid scheme with very few at the top ordering a nominally larger immediate underlayer (commissars) with everybody a slave to the state.
