He's turned into a pretty damn good receiver late in his career playing on some really bad teams. When you factor in his age and the fact that he behaves like a two year old, I understand his cost only being a 3 and a 5. Every year there are some training camp cuts that are decent players that are picked off waivers by needy teams. Let a couple more WRs go down this camp season and maybe you find a desperate contending team.
