Allen should be working on those plays and throwing and learning Allen had a lot of great throws from the pocket, dont know what you are talking about. He will stop running when the oline learns to block. Also many of the runs were designed runs and it is obvious he has been told to take off when he sees an opening. I think if he ran more in the second half we would have won. Usually absolutes are not true - he needs to learn from throwing from the pocket, but staying in the pocket is not an option more often than not. Sure there were times protection held up, but that is by far not the norm. You cannot watch Josh and not say that he is learning.
