Check out the rules to own a chick-fil-a franchise. You pretty much pay to be the store manager.

They have them in buffalo for now. The drive thru line is insane as soon as they start serving lunch.

Ive had it a few times and I’m with you. I mean, it’s fine...I just don’t get the obsession. when it comes to fast food chicken it’s good but I’d take Popeyes over it any day. Prob Xaxbys too. And I’d take raising canes over all of em 10 out of 10 times.

Here’s my pitch....put it in New Era Stadium.  How sweet would it be to dine on chicken sandwiches and waffle fries in the stadium.  This is my dream.

 

Of course, with Russ Brandon out of the picture it might be possible.  He chose to hire all locally owned venues as food vendors.  

 

Lets my dream becomes a reality!

 

I’m sorry your dream had to die such a quick and painful death.

I'd venture to guess they were all clean and well maintained. That's the thing. The food is pretty good, but I think the real draw is the customer service and atmosphere. You'll very rarely find used hypodermic needs in the bathroom of a Chick-Fil-A. McDonalds and Burger King is another ball game.

most in my life from the US rave about this place, maybe for this reason

My slob bachelor interests were more about quality of the food, it didn’t impress

Yup, and there is another restaurant in the stadium that sells a knockoff sandwich called C.O.S. (Closed on Sunday’s)

 

My understanding of it, after watching a guy I knew in passing go through it, is that being a franchisee is a good gig- but that you really want to work to a point of store owner which is where the big bucks are.

 

 

Chick fil has good food (one of the best options in my 1.5 horse town) but as mentioned above, their selling point is customer care and cleanliness. 

 

Also, I find their food to be less likely to kill me than some fast food.
