Bama vs Georgia

Georgia is tough and I know they can win, but I am having trouble figuring out how they will be able to cover our receivers. Now that Devonta Smith is healthy the Tide has 4 excellent receivers who are consistently open, a tight end who is also a deep threat, 4 top quality rbs (and at least 3 can catch), and a Heisman Trophy QB who can also run. This with a MUCH better than average offensive line.

The Bulldogs are very good and we know how well coached they are, but I am looking at 31-17 Crimson Tide. Again, anything can happen.

Do you think that Georgia is considerably worse than last year?

Defensively, they are not as good. Offensively, they are better IMO. However, Bama is light years ahead of where they were offensively in the NCG last year. I think this game will be much higher scoring than the NCG was. In the end, just too many offensive weapons for a young Georgia D to handle. Bama wins 41-31.

Bama by double digits. Close at halftime, Tua does Tua things in the second half.

Shamelessly running up the score onThe Citadel?

Did not know this. How cool!

Have to be impressed with a kid from a family that rich would work that hard. Learned a serious workout from his dad.

This will be a critical replay! Game changing, maybe.

I followed the QB 1 show on Netflix and am trying to keep track of each guy. The guy from Nevada went to Ohio State and the guy from Harrisburg went to Wake Forest

Some serious Bama butterfingers

I watched that show as well mainly because Martell is on it.

If this is a close game, is the consensus that both make the playoffs?

The argument has been made, but no, it’s definitely not the consensus. They would be leaving out 3 of the 5 power 5 champs if that happened. Don’t forgot who is on the committee.

Really? I’d have to think Bama AND UGA are in if UGA wins. Add Clemson and somebody else. Have I been sucked into SEC madness? Screw the Power 5, take the best teams.

On a side note, I’m good with 8 teams, but NO MORE.

It’s not like the All Star team where every city has to be represented. This is for real. Best teams in.

Close game with UGA win, yes. Close game with Bama win, no. Because uga would have 2 losses. One by 20 pts. I don’t care either way but the committee does.
