While that's true, this does open up a very important discussion about the court and when its members should be removed from the bench. We already know she cast a vote while recovering from surgery (meaning she was on painkillers and other mind altering drugs at the time of her decision). Now, in that case, if she were "clear headed" she likely would have voted the same... but should we set such a precedent to allow supremes to vote while under the influence? B-Man
"It Might Be Time to Start Fireproofing the Reichstag/Ruth Bader Ginsburg's absence signals our last line of defense is in peril." Writes Charles P. Pierce in Esquire. It's time for everyone to start getting used to the fact that, unless some massive legal apocalypse intervenes, the president is going to get at least one more nominee for the United States Supreme Court and that, barring a sudden desire to keep the republic from turning entirely to guacamole, the Senate is going to rubber-stamp Justice Wingnut McWingnutty onto the Court for the next 40 years..... [And Trump] has announced that he will give a Big Boy speech on TV Tuesday night, which will be followed by his taking his unending road show to the border on Thursday because that's just what the border needs. He can go there because there is no emergency.... ADDED: I looked up how old Pierce is because I was thinking that there's got to be some age limit on humor like "Justice Wingnut McWingnutty" and "republic turning... to guacamole." I'd recommending moving on to a better level of sophistication certainly before leaving college. Pierce is 65! .

Chandemonium
When this thread was started before I opened it I wasn’t sure if fallen literally meant fallen or was a euphemism for died. Every time it’s been bumped since, I still half expect to see that news when I open it.
B-Man
Liberal fantasy Roger Simon is a writer and commentator, the chief political columnist of Politico and a New York Times best selling author Quote Roger Simon @politicoroger FollowFollow @politicoroger If it were possible, would you subtract one day off your life and add it to Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s life for one extra day of good health? If just 10,000 people did this, it would add 27 productive years to her life.

Really...anyone who would contemplate this would at least consider drinking cyanide-laced kool-aid if Ginsburg asked. That is not right. In a very serious mental-health sense. 1 minute ago, whatdrought said: If possible, would you subtract one beer from your fridge, and add it to Brett Kavenaughs fridge? So just to summarize: Trump's combatting of human trafficking is causing a shortage of children from whose pineal glands adrenochrome can be harvested from. And this shortage of adrenochrome is delaying the programming of RBG's clone, which is why no one's seen her recently, because she died in December. What's more...I just shared this with my team, and one of my developers told me his mother was RBG's respiratory therapist after the surgery. Which denial PROVES this is being covered up! WAKE UP, SHEEPLE!!!!!!
