But I've seen so many hockey GMs give a vote of confidence to their coach and fire him days after to put too much weight on his words But still, nice to make your captain feel welcomed - and not too disappointed to not have been traded to the Eagles... It is very possible to get a great back in that area of the draft, and then ease them in next year as you slowly transition McCoy out of the feature back role by the end of 2019. I'm thinking by the end of next year try to get McCoy about 12 carries per game while get ting the new guy about 10. The fact is that Shady is worth more to us than his market value in terms of a trade. If someone is willing to overpay, then Beane would take the deal.
