B-Man
Bonfire of the Democratic Party’s Once-Rising Stars by Jim Geraghty Original Article Let the 2020 cycle be a warning to political correspondents who write glowing profile pieces on the next great Democratic party hope. For some of us, the best part of this cycle so far is watching the slow-motion implosion of so many wildly over-hyped “rising stars” of the Democratic party — relentlessly trying and failing to gain traction against a trio of well-worn septuagenarians. This primary is turning into a giant bonfire of once-promising political talents who could make national reporters swoon. As far back as 2017, Vogue and other national glossies gushed over the presidential potential of Kirsten Gillibrand. Beto O’Rourke was the favorite subject of glowing profiles . Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) pledged to not raise middle-class taxes to pay for her proposed single-payer health care system. After months of dodging questions about whether she would hike middle-class taxes to pay for Medicare for All, the 2020 candidate made a firm promise to voters about a $52 trillion system involving $20.5 trillion in new federal spending over the next 10 years. "We don't need to raise taxes on the middle class by one penny to finance Medicare for All," Warren wrote in a post detailing her proposal. . First let us define the two words. The word aptitude can be defined as natural ability. The word aptitude is used in the sense of ‘talent.’ On the other hand, the word ability is used in the sense of ‘skill.’ This can also be defined as the power to do something. This is the major difference between the two words. This article attempts to highlight the difference between the two words while providing an understanding of each word. What does Aptitude mean? The word aptitude can be defined as natural ability. This can be a potential within an individual that has not been fully developed yet. In this sense, it lays dormant until the individual realizes that he has such a potential and make use of it. Aptitude tests are aimed at assessing the mental ability of people. The word aptitude can be used in the English language in the following manner. Observe the two sentences: He showed tremendous aptitude at a young age. She lauded his aptitude. In both the sentences, you can see that the word aptitude is used in the sense of ‘talent.’ Hence, the meaning of the first sentence would be ‘he showed tremendous talent at a young age,’ and the meaning of the second sentence would be ‘she lauded his talent.’ It is interesting to note that the word aptitude is sometimes used in the sense of ‘fitness’ as in the sentence ‘he has a tremendous mental aptitude.’

Yes. That was the word I meant. One cannot show ability to become President until one actually is President. One does not do all the things required to be President until he sits in the Oval Office. It was the word I meant and the meaning I meant. But nice try at a gotcha moment, moron. You should probably try going outside to get some Sun. Your life just seems miserable. Deranged Rhino
Joe has tried to be president in the past — and his own idiocy (and corruption) denied him the chance. Because joe is a crook. And a bad politician to boot. He’s now polling in 4th place in the field. Proving what I’ve said all along : Joe can’t win. He’s got no chance.
