That sounds amazing.

Thanks I LOVE smoking meat.  When I used to bring my RV to the games I would smoke tons of food and invite random people over to partake.  After a while I NEVER had to buy drinks for games in the parking lots ehh

My own version of O'Scugnizzo's Pizza (grew up outside of Utica, NY). I'm a pizza fanatic, and since I moved away from upstate NY, I spent many years and much experimentation to reproduce the pizza I loved growing up. I make it for every 1st Bills game of the season.

Here is my recipe on PizzaMaking.com if anyone is interested...

See I love sausage and mash.... but sausage with Yorkshire's is more toad in the hole territory.

Maybe try the "Mighty McDermott", if they still have that, if have not tried that before. It works for the coach. It puffs out his chest and causes his hands to keep clapping.

God, I love making pizza, might have to give your recipe a try.  My favorite pizza growing up in the area was Pizza Junction in North Tonawanda.

Can anybody point me in the right direction of a wings recipe please? Hotter the better.

Thanks in advance.

It's hard, but not impossible,  to make a good restaurant style wings at home.  Nothing beats a good industrial deep fryer.

This recipe steams wings, then uses the oven to finish them. It's rated 5-stars after 285 reviews, it must be good. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/alton-browns-buffalo-wings-recipe-1972721

I like Alton Brown because he actually tests and optimizes his recipes before publishing.

Note: may not be hot enough for you, I'd add cayenne pepper powder to the wing sauce
