Again how you can sue for someone not giving you security codes for a house you are not supposed to be living in is beyond me. You can't argue that, it's fact. Saying Babe Ruth is the greatest hitter of all time isn't fact, it's an opinion. It's what you believe and there isn't one correct answer. When you say McCoy sent those goons and state it's fact, then you're saying it's not your belief, it's 100% confirmed he did. Do you now the differentce between fact and non-facts? If you think back to the OJ civil case, remember how much character testimony was allowed that was not allowed in the criminal trial? ...yup....whole different landscape......and you can bet in a civil trial, those pictures will be paraded before the jury.........I got subpoenaed to testify in a civil trial for a bar room fight where the PERPETRATOR got cut with a glass by the guy who tried to defend himself after getting assaulted.....Jury Box ledge was lined with bloody pics and the PERPETRATOR won....her bloodied pics, a sympathetic jury as well as Shady's wealth/prominence would ALL work against him......civil trial is preponderance of the evidence versus "beyond a reasonable doubt"....a "no contest plea" which I believe carries a stipulation of "no admission of guilt" and an out of court settlement may (NOT an attorney) be how this mess goes...
