Out of line. I don’t think it’s out of line if it’s a valid argument. And since this is a yearbook picture or some sort of glamor shot, it’s fair to argue this is her “at her best.” The reason it isn’t our of line is two fold. 1- the left has consistently tried to paint him as a serial offender who was a Casanova and alcoholic during him teen years. The question becomes why a popular senior would need to force himself on a simple looking freshman. 2- his entire high school years have been put under a microscope- it’s only fair that that goes both ways. now, all that being said- it’s not a great argument that he didn’t assault her because of the alcohol supposedly involved, and the fact that less attractive women are often assaulted.
