It's not realistic to have a 1 year HC ranked very highly unless the team makes a deep playoff run or something. I do agree that Gruden should be lower, but his past accolades are propping him up. McDermott was the coach of one of those 12 and he brought a team that hadn't made the playoffs since God was a little fella to the post season... 18th seems a bit low IMO.
