I want to be very clear that guys that do this are scumbags but how do you prosecute? This seems like a law with good intentions that will be used mainly by pissed off one night stands. How do you prove he removed it vs it broke? Scumbag guys will never admit it and good guys would never do it to start

I just read the in California you can print out your own ballot, without any version of verification? This recall is as crooked as a Saddam Hussein election

Oh no........it's all good.

The NY Times is telling us the claims of fraud are all false.  They know with certainty...no rooting interest at all!

Well the NYT is reliable like in 2016 when they discussed Russian disinformation but somehow never realized the Steele dossier was 100% Russian disinformation. They peddle so many lies they certainly should know them when they see them.

RECALL: San Fernando Valley residents have trouble casting recall ballots.

At El Camino Real Charter High School in Woodland Hills, some voters say they were told the computers showed them as already having voted, even though they had not.

West Hills resident Estelle Bender, 88, said she was far from the only person who was being told incorrectly that they had already voted.

In addition to friends of hers who experienced the issue and two other women outside the polling place, Bender said that inside, “the man next to me was arguing the same thing.”

Bender said she filled out a provisional ballot and “left really angry.”

Bender added that, to her knowledge, many of those affected by this issue are self-identified Republicans, and she’s suspicious.

“I’d still like to know how I voted,” Bender said.

I have a guess.

I do not think these are the same precincts as previous post. This is proof of fraud and I don't know how you could argue otherwise.

“The voters who experienced this issue were offered and provided a provisional ballot, the fail-safe option to ensure no one is turned away from voting. After troubleshooting the issue, the equipment at the locations was replaced and voting continued," the office said in a statement.

They’re able to vote. All the righties on here were pro-GA election laws and Texas election laws. So why would they have an issue with a provisional ballot?

Can you explain how it was that these people voted without voting? I am impressed you realized that this kind of shenanigans will not happen in GA again.

Computer error. Other processing errors. There are provisional ballots just for this sort of thing. They have submitted there’s and their vote will count.

Plus you’ve provided no proof of fraud. Just some old people complaining.

Where in the GA law stops computer errors? Where does it stop old people from being confused?

Polifact already has this:

Quoting Politifacts is one step higher than Alex Jones but I know fraud is never the culprit when Dems do it, simply incompetence.

Point to actual fraud. There hasn’t been any.

Every person that had an error on their account was allowed to do a provisional ballot.

When many people who have not voted is informed that they voted the only two reasons are either gross incompetence or fraud. But proof is the man arrested with 300 ballots that is fraud.
