What's with all the hate for Cali?

90% of the porn you losers beat-off to is made right here in the Golden State!

Cali is amazing.  The idiots who run it are the pits.

But hey, here in SF things are looking up.  We've found another random statue to ban.

On the bright side, Gary the kitty/coward sounds better than LABillz the kitty/coward, so he retains the kitty/coward title.

Be careful what you say, you might get roped into Gary's pending investigation. Do you have any idea how old the victim was at the time? Male, female, animal or other?

Any confidential information that I have knowledge of regarding the allegations that @donbb may or may not be a sexual predator cannot be disclosed, pending a full investigation. Rest assured, that there exists a letter, authored by someone who wishes to remain anonymous, that may or may not detail events that could have happened involving allegations of his possible sexual predation, and could be very disturbing. Maybe.

Any further questions regarding whether he is now or has ever been a sexual predator will have to wait until the press conferences scheduled on this matter for September 17 at noon, September 18th at 11:00 am, September 19th at 1:45 pm and September 20th at beer-thirty. Please be advised that the press conferences will be nothing more than camera mugging opportunities and a brief discussion of whether he could potentially possibly be a sexual predator, or not.

Can you tell  me if the victim barked, brayed or mooed?

I hope they replace it with a statue of a Native American standing over the scalped corpses of a Spanish Cowboy and Catholic Missionary.

Well, at the very least the Cali Legislature MUST declare Spanish to be the non-native language of Mexico, and Central and South America (ditto for Portuguese in Brazil).

They must make a stand against the evil Western European aggressive conquers and demand that Native People’s languages be instated immediately as the official language(s) of each country (countries).

ALL CA government contracts with any non-native language compliant policies in place must be immediately abrogated until reparations have been made and the citizenry of those countries have been taught their native tonge(s).

CA has already decreed the possession of souls as discriminatory against the soulless (a/k/a "Gweneth's Law").  So theirs are probably already gone.

My wife and I are planning to visit our California son and his wife in December.   We plan to use fake names so as not to risk soul-loss while there.

SoCal,  Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara is awesome. Make sure you hit Brophy Brothers on the pier. Typically a long wait, but well worth it. Get the Dungeness Crab Platter.

And when you're done, enjoy the view and the smell of the ocean and try not to trip on a homeless person while leaning over to pick up a stray hypodermic needle.

We've been going for a month each winter since our crew moved there almost twenty years ago.  Brophy's is a must several timnes each trip: Clam chowder, then whatever we didn't have the last time.  Yeah, the homeless are a real treat on lower State St.  A guitar, a dog and a down-on-my-luck rap appear to be the accoutrements of those less fortunate.

Just don't try to get a picture standing in front of the Moreton Fig Tree. It'll be a group picture.

We have no homeless here in South Orange County (well expect the lone liberal stronghold Laguna Beach).  They can't afford the sidewalks here.

My town has this one old homeless woman who wanders around all day covered in 8 layers of clothing and pushing a shopping cart wherever she goes.

Mumbles to herself. Yells incoherently at street lamps and fire hydrants. Sometimes just sits down and picks her nose for an hour. Kinda pathetic, but kinda like Otis from Mayberry.

We call her Tibs. She likes that.

Why would you watch someone pick their nose for a whole hour?

ARE YOU NOW, OR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN . . . LA Passes Ordinance Requiring City Contractors To Disclose NRA Ties.

It’s clear that the objection to McCarthyism was never about what it involved, just who.

.

That's awesome.  Donate to the NRA, bid on a city contract, lose, sue the city for discrimination and make more money than you would if you were awarded the contract.

"U.S. Has 3.5 Million More Registered Voters Than Live Adults — A Red Flag for Electoral Fraud"

. . . Los Angeles County, whose more than 10 million people make it the nation's most populous county, had 12% more registered voters than live ones, some 707,475 votes. That's a huge number of possible votes in an election. . . .

"California's San Diego County earns the enchilada grande. Its 138% registration translates into 810,966 ghost voters."

Important to realize that this is common, because states do a lousy job managing voter rolls.  My wife and I were just notified this year we were taken off VA's voter rolls, where we haven't lived for 13 years.  We were registered in two states...not because of fraud, but because of state stupidity.

Keeping CA stuff in this thread...

I'm in Iowa this week with a co-worker from South Africa who's only lived in CA and NY in the US.  He was astounded at the $2.60/gal sign we passed today.
