I think that happened because Moore lowered his head to throw it sidearmed. Yeah, looked like he was trying to go shoulder to shoulder but happened to hit head to head. Remember Bradham getting ejected at FSU for a clean hit? That's the problem with the 'throw them out' mentality. Ajayi walked into a scrum, after players were already in a B word and push fest, and took a swipe at a Steeler that was a blatant penalty but did zero to get back at the Steelers for the hit on Moore.
