North Korea is blithely moving forward with its missile and nuclear programs, in spite of the lies from Trump and the sanctions he cancelled. Trump has made progress (no missiles over JP waters) where others made none. But it’s a work in loooong progress. Edit: He did negotiate a sweet deal for a slip for his boat, but that was for a few nuclear extras for Iran in Obama's signature foreign policy achievement.
