not sure if anyone picked up on this before, but apparently seattle's fans are referred to as the "12th man." this is because they can be very loud and disruptive when the opposing offense is on the field. since teams are only allowed to have 11 players on the field at the same time, this points to how important the fans are to the team (they are essentially a "12th man").

hopefully, the announcers pick up on this fact during the game and update us as to the loudness of the crowd!

So like every NFL fan base.

Imagine Bills fans in the 90s how loud it would have been at Rich Stadium if it was designed to amplify sound like the Link is.

So would they be that loud if the Stadium wasn't designed to amplify sound?

Reuben Brown said this week that loud, louder & loudest stadiums are all the same. You can't hear at any field.
