@JoeBuscaglia

I think Jerry Hughes could take over the game tomorrow. 5 things to watch in #Bills v. Cards... with prediction: https://t.co/2I9OdRMjHX

(WKBW) - It’s a desperate time at One Bills Drive. Already suffering two losses in the first two games, the Buffalo Bills simply can’t afford another loss to start the 2016 season. If they have any hope of turning the year around under head coach Rex Ryan, a win over the super-talented Arizona Cardinals is what they must accomplish.

How does the matchup look from one side to the other? Five things to watch for when the Bills take on the Cardinals:

1) A new look offense?

2) Watkins Watch - Part Two

3) What to do with Fitzgerald, especially with Darby situation

4) Jerry Hughes could take over the game

5) Chandler Jones an X-Factor

Bills DBs focused on fixing technique
Buffalo’s defensive backs did not have a productive day last week against the Jets. To their credit they put most of the blame on themselves and their own playing technique. Knowing it’s a copycat league, the Bills secondary has focused on fixing their techniques and having some different plans for Arizona Sunday.

Funny math when it comes to 50-50 balls
Jump balls in the passing game are often called 50-50 balls by coaches and players because in most instances the receiver and defensive back in coverage usually have an equal chance of coming up with the football, hence the term ’50-50.’ But Arizona head coach Bruce Arians and Bills LB Preston Brown had some funny math concerning those types of passes.

Robey-Coleman prepped to cover a “legend”
Nickell Robey-Coleman has had his share of challenging matchups, but Arizona slot receiver and future Hall of Famer Larry Fitzgerald might be the biggest assignment of his career. For Robey-Coleman, who has great respect for the history of the game, it won’t be easy for him to block out the caliber of player he’s covering and just play ball.

Robey 5'8'' , Fitzgerald 6'3'' , what could go wrong ?

Anybody surprised Sammy Watkins is out after tweeting late last night he's "ready to compete at the highest level". Just another in the long chain of oddities with this guy. Why the hell would you ever say that and be out? There's clearly some type of disconnect between him and the org.

And if his foot isn't broke/fractured I don't quite understand how getting your foot stepped on would cause one to miss games. Can anybody envision any scenario where we win today?

Next man up lets go

What is the likely hood Sammy wants to play and they deactivate him regardless?

Maybe his late night tweet was to try and show he isn't injured but in reality the organization is doing what is best for the team

Omg, they're going to get annihilated.

The bills have that one game every year where they cause about 4-5 turnovers and beat a very good team

The power outage game vs San Diego

The 34-31 game vs new England

The kilo Alonso game vs Baltimore

The Philly game where Michael vick was QB

The Aaron Rodgers fumble game

Floyd is a goddamn bully. He's going to do what Marshall did on Thursday night. The kind of pushoff contact that's PI if a corner does it.

I'm honestly wondering if the best idea is playing Corey White on the boundary and shifting Darby inside to cover Fitz in their 3-wide sets. Fitz vs Robey could be a bloodbath.

As seen above, I wanted White playing. Just not like this.
