If a Dr. prescribes a player marijuana for pain management, can they legally penalize the player for following doctors orders. On the flip side, every player in the league would soon have prescriptions for medical marijuana. This could get interesting... A doctor can prescribe HGH, still a banned substance. It may be on Henderson because he knew the rules, but it also means that we don't have to blame him for being an idiot and have a little compassion for what he went through. Also Goodell should take that into consideration for his suspension if changing a phone number merits consideration. A quick Google search turns up many articles (most of them not from high times) indicating there is evidence that Marijuana can be helpful for those suffering from Crohn's and Colitis.
