boyst
its strange thinking 6'2 220 is big for a wr. it doesn't seem that big.

chef4131
I always worry when a team looks at Wrs based on size instead of ability-in 2008 we wanted to draft a wr with size, so in round 2 we pick James Hardy instead of Desean Jackson

artmalibu
With Harvin and Goodwin most likely (hopefully) not coming back new WRs need to come from somewhere. Early darft picks should be used on other positions imo..

moshermw
Definitely won't take the top off the D. Is smart, smooth as silk, great hands, big, strong and tough. Like the article said, someone to go over the middle where TT was a little sparse. Happy to play and is good on special teams, too.

Just kidding. Anyway, all I want to know is if the kid has good hands.

With the lack of depth at WR and pre-built chemistry with TT he has a good chance to make the team if he does well in TC. I guess if two guys were equal in production and skill, maybe I'd give the nod to the taller/bigger guy. Otherwise, show me who can play. Boykin's 4.7 makes you wonder how well he can create separation against NFL DBs.

BaaadThingsMan
Boykin did actually have some 40+ yard plays for GB a couple years ago despite his speed. In the few games I saw him he played well
White Linen
I think the point of the signing is trying to find a helpful player without spending a lot. It's been done a lot lately at the position as evidenced by the playoff teams today.
PO16FFS
Good luck Boykin. and in other news, a Moose just crossed a northern ontario highway.
