  1. Whatever the contract is, it is only for half the year.
  2. I think that the games are shown on CBS or FOX in the viewing area of the teams playing. The Bills/Jets game will be on CBS in the Bflo area.
  3. Because of the track, the fans are way too far away from the action.
  4. With the 2-3 seconds a QB has, they all miss open receivers more often than we think.
  5. I don't want to hijack the thread but had a question & didn't want to start a thread for it. On the 44 yd pass to DT, he was the recipient of an illegal hit. What would be the call if, as a result of the illegal hit, DT then lost control going to the ground. Is it still a catch & a penalty? Or is it an incomplete pass & just the 15 yd penalty? A similar situation happens when a DE jumps the snap & is zooming in on the QB & the OL holds him to protect the QB. This is called off setting penalties. It seems to me that the hold should be waved off as it was the direct result of the DL leaving early with a bead on the QB. What do you guys think ?
  6. 40 seconds. unbelievable. Your avatar is a bit juvenile.
  7. I wonder how they would have done with N.E. in their division.
  8. I remember seeing this play live last night & thinking the WR was completely uncovered/ forgotten. It was a TD waiting to happen yet Wentz didn't see it.
  9. Sammy is a good receiver. He is not a great receiver. You may think that he is elite because he was drafted 4th overall, but he is not. He is over rated. There is absolutely no evidence that he is elite, just your opinion. Having a few excellent games & a few great catches doesn't make a WR elite. Day in & day out production would bolster your argument . Maybe someday. We shall see. Again, he is good but must produce in order to be elite.
  10. I've seen Clay drop balls. I have never seen O'Leary drop one. Excellent hands. Doesn't mean that he is better. Just saying.
  11. It looked like 2 average teams playing last night. All in all, I couldn't help feeling that our "tough schedule" is not looking as daunting as we all thought. Mia, Jets, NE, TB, SD and NO all look winnable as does the Oak game , possibly without their QB. The only team that looks better than I thought is NO. Of course, we won't win them all but I no longer have any games on our schedule labeled as a sure loss. KC & NE, both on the road, will be our toughest games. Our ascent, accompanied by the regression of some of our foes, presents at least a little rosier picture. Go Bills.
  12. OPI should be a loss of down penalty. Otherwise a WR can tackle a defender who is about to intercept & only receive a 10 yd penalty. A good trade off to avoid a turnover.
  13. The only reason that this "got out of hand" is because of the guy with the orange hair. The NFL has no leverage to order the players to stand. If they don't, then what ? Are they all fired?
  14. The catch in the Carolina game was very tough. The tipped pass in the end zone yesterday should have been caught, but it looked like the DB had a hold on his left shoulder.
  15. Did anyone notice how many QB's threw for 300 plus yards & lost? And, how many threw for under 300 & won. I think everyone has forgotten that he threw a TD pass to Tolbert which he dropped.
  16. One way or another, we will be paying him. That being the case, why not trade him & pick up his salary. We are still paying him, but now have either a player received in the trade or a draft pick.
