That's the only rooting interest I have left. Just someone please stop NE* from even getting to the SB so we can all just relax and enjoy the game. Go here: http://espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs/machine Select "Power Rankings" as the default W/L. Set the Bills to beat the Jets (We are favored for all other games) Then...make the Steelers Lose to either the Ravens or Browns. This results in the bills in the Playoffs. As horrible as it seems right now, if the bills win out, I think they have a 50/50 shot at making the playoffs. Thats a big IF, but not big enough for me to give up hope...yet... djp14150 Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 Buffalo can still make the playoffs.... win out and.... 1. Oakland lose a game either today or last 3 and 2 of the 3: 1. Jets lose 1 game in the next 2 2. Chiefs lose their last 3 3. Steelers lose 2 of their last 3 By losing today Buffalo would have the conference record tiebreaker on Pittsburgh. (DEN, at BAL, at CLE) Chiefs would have them by head to head or conference so they have to have a better record (at BAL, CLE, OAK) Buffalo needs the Jets to lose one and beat them in week 17 and then they would be ahead of them. The New York Times playoff simulator has the Bills making it about 23% of the time if they win out. Odd as it sounds, I think we have a decent chance of winning out, and I'm not too concerned about passing the Jets and Raiders if that happens. The problem is that KC is almost certainly not going to lose its last 3 games and since Pitt won today it is now very difficult to catch them. Seems very possible that they could lose to Den next week, but it's asking a lot to have either Bal or Cle beat them in the last 2 weeks of the season.
