It's unfortunate Obama chose racism as his favorite excuse. He could have been a tremendous leader for these "young men of color."

But no. That would be too difficult. What a shame.

Has anyone read Obama's book? I haven't but have heard from a person or two that he comes across as obsessed by race throughout the book.

http://www.dallasnews.com/news/local-news/20141006-judges-tosses-5-second-rule-that-kept-ferguson-protesters-moving.ece

In the first formal blow to the policing tactics being used in Ferguson, Mo., a federal judge ruled Monday that a “five-second rule” — a policy being enforced by some officers that required protesters to be moving at all times during demonstrations or be subject to arrest — was unconstitutional and violated the protesters’ First Amendment rights.

“The practice of requiring peaceful demonstrators and others to walk, rather than stand still, violates the Constitution,” U.S. District Judge Catherine Perry wrote in her ruling — which clarifies that police are still free to use any number of other tactics to manage the crowds that have gathered to protest each night since the Aug. 9 police shooting of Michael Brown

Seriously, do these protesters have jobs, responsibilities, children or anything else better to do? We've already moved on to the next hashtag, damn it.

A white off-duty policeman shot and killed a black teenager in St Louis on Wednesday, officers said, triggering a night of protests just miles from the site of another police shooting of another black youth in the suburb of Ferguson.

Police said the 18-year-old was armed and fired three shots while he was being chased by the officer, and they had recovered a gun at the scene.

I didn't read the whole article but I assume they were protesting the fact that a kid shot at cops. Am I right?

shot him with what?!?

Teyonna Myers, 23, told the St Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper that she was the cousin of the suspect and that he was unarmed when he was killed.

"He had a sandwich in his hand, and they thought it was a gun. It's like Michael Brown all over again," she told the paper. Police have not named the teenager.

The St. Louis area must have no cell phones. Everywhere else, as soon as the cops are there, everybody is rolling film!

but look how many of them are so obnoxiously shoving the camera right in the face of the officers.

OOPS:

"The officials said that while the federal investigation was continuing, the evidence so far did not support civil rights charges against Officer Wilson.”

Plus: “The officials briefed on the case said the forensic evidence gathered in the car lent credence to Officer Wilson’s version of events.”

http://www.inquisitr.com/1545732/michael-brown-shooting-grand-jury-witness-claims-to-have-seen-the-entire-scene-unfold/

The Darren Wilson grand jury witness said a “scuffle” occurred in the car, and the Ferguson police officer did not fire until Mike Brown turned back around and was facing him. The witness maintains that he saw Michael Brown put his arms out to his sides, but stated that the teenager did not raised his hands high into the air.

The Ferguson shooting grand jury witness also stated during the interview that Mike Brown “staggered” toward Darren Wilson in spite of multiple commands to stop. If the unidentified witness is accurate, Brown and Wilson were approximately 20 feet apart when the final shots were fired.

The Ohio witness, who is reportedly a black male...
