  1. Good luck containing Allen then....he will be running all over them.
  2. Bills 34 California Dreaming on Such A Winter's Day 13
  3. That was abysmal...how is that even possible??
  4. Bills use the term "injury" very liberally compared to most teams.
  5. What a trash call on that horse collar tackle
  6. Think you meant to put this in the other thread 🤣
  7. I think Bernard is better than Milano at this point in coverage.
  8. That was against Houston, not Cincinnati.
  9. They had a few inches... And as an aside, for a place that regularly gets snow, Cleveland has the worst snowplowing I have ever seen or driven thru...it's a joke. They need to send their plow drivers to WNY to get trained like most of the rest of the country does.
  10. He was practicing last week and is a full participant, don't see any reason why he wouldn't... How much is probably the question...likely will see him worked back in slowly and a lot of reps in obvious passing situations I am guessing. Yeah and not the little ones most places get that might rip a roof off a house here and there and cause some damage to a few trees...the 2+ mile wide ones that basically destroy everything in their path.
  11. Winter Storm Watch has been updated to Lake Snow Warning for Southern Erie County, the Sounthtowns and Southern Tier for multiple feet of snow... Looks like between 1.5-2 feet expected thru Saturday night on the probalistic snowfall forecast at this point and then another day and a half to add on to that thru Monday morning which likely won't be shown until Friday
  12. Wow Milano a full go already??? Damn...dude healed like Wolverine
  13. I wouldn't call them inaccurate. They are accurate as they can be based on the data that they have which is constantly changing up until the day it gets closer. The models aren't the problem, the data that changes as the storm evolves is the tricky unknown part. Hell no...Fun story...when I was deciding which school to go to for Meteorology it was down between Saint Louis University and University of Oklahoma and both were top 10 at the time for it... Got accepted to both and was reading the stuff they sent about the programs when I read the one from Oklahoma it said that senior year you had to take part in a program with the National Tornado Center also based in Norman, OK where you essentially chased tornados and set up the equipment to get measurements, etc... I was out as soon as I read that...when I see a tornado I am running the other way, not towards it 🤣
  14. How is this even a question? Is this a joke? Yeah the weather there would be pretty boring...sunny and 83...again 🤣 I guess when Santa Ana season arises and during the winter when you get those crazy atmospheric rivers sometimes multiple times for days and days back to back it can get interesting tho... The Bills are like a machine that once it gets in motion or becomes almost unstoppable... How many games have we punted on the first possession or two and then by mid 2nd quarter we score on every drive until the end of the game?
  15. Ball will sail for QBs that don't have much experience with this wind. And even some that do. Oftentimes it's a cross wind and swirls on the locker room end of the field since there is only one tunnel that causes wind imbalances due to not having a second tunnel like all the other stadiums do.
  16. I thought the league forced them to wear them the last few seasons as they had some Color Rush sponsorship with Reebok(I think) and each team had to play a game where both teams wore color rush... Never will forgot the first Bills -Jets game where they did that and colorblind people had no idea what was happening because all players looked like they were wearing red same uniforms 🤣🤣
  17. McD will never say anything of note other than stuff you can get by reading between the lines which you then are unsure how accurate it is
  18. There won't be any local forecasts until the day before that means much. Those are weather models...totals have dropped to 3-4 feet as of now on the latest update, but it's going to keep changing as we get closer.
  19. I like some math, just not the Engineering Calculus and Physics... Algebra and Geometry I was great in. Am a software engineer so still do some of it although don't have to worry about the crazier stuff 🤣 LMAO! My only memories growing up about Marilla was our travel soccer team used to play games against them and we would literally play on a field in the middle of nowhere with corn surrounding it on 3 sides... When the ball would go in there none of the kids would go back in the corn...too many people saw Children of the Corn and we weren't having it 🤣 Parents used to be running back in there to get it and they usually took turns cause I don't think they wanted to go back there either 🤣
  20. For now...things can change rapidly quickly as disturbances and short waves pass through during the event and change the wind direction. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse...and sometimes much worse 🤣 But yes, that's generally the case. I would expect a foot plus where I am at in the snow belt East of the airport by the time it's all said and done.
  21. And there it is as expected... Winter Storm Watch has been put in place for Northern Erie county as well
  22. I was a meteorology major for 2 years in school and still keep up with a lot of stuff in terms of reading forecaster's discussions and looking at weather models, etc pretty regularly. Still love it the same way I have since I was a kid who sat and watched The Weather Channel for hours at a time, just hated all the math and physics that went into the classes.
  23. It has improved from last year when they were 28th Usually it means more attempts at tackles while being blocked which are going to result in a higher percentage of misses
  24. That's true but ones where the Lake Temp is near record highs in the low 50s in mid November to early December often times are.
  25. During the previous 7 foot events the initial forecast was for 12-18" both times. That kept growing and growing and growing as the forecast got updated. Went from 12-18" to 18-24" to 24-30" to 36-42" to 48-60" to up to 7 feet.
