Rousseau is exceptional against the run. Maybe one of the best in the NFL. Trying to learn anything about run defense while playing in snow is pretty silly honestly.

Run avoiding CBs? Are you watching the same games I am? Taron Johnson is like a cross between a LB and nickel CB with how he knifes into the backfield and makes plays against the run and Douglas has had several big TFLs by drilling RBs in the backfield. Cam Lewis essentially allowed the Bills to get back in the Cardinals game with his multiple big plays in the run game. I don't think this is an accurate statement at all.

Hamlin is a big reason why the Bills are the best tackling secondary in the NFL against passes. Not saying he can't be upgraded, but he isn't as bad as you are making him out to be. He has been a fantastic tackler.

No, they allow teams to run by choice. And for good reason. Teams take points off the board when they choose to run versus pass. Shouldn't be that hard to understand. Far easier to give up points by teams throwing one pass deep and scoring that way than by running 12 plays without making a mistake. It's really mind boggling people don't understand the Bills would rather allow teams to have some success running versus allowing them to have similar success throwing deep. Been talked about as nauseum. This is BY DESIGN that the Bills play light boxes and encourage teams to run.
