  1. If he got this right I'll LOL for days...
  2. The Browns would get #12 and #22 minimum I would think... If the Bills pulled off getting to #1 overall and still kept #22 I think I'd faint...
  3. Well, well, well...
  4. Good grief this is so much fun!!!...
  5. True or not it's a great read... And I gotta say, it makes the whole Bills/Darnold workout deal seem a little more understandable...
  6. A bit yes... He's an interesting prospect...real good size/speed...Kind of an angular, plant and go type...If he see's it he hits it fast and will lower a boom on any unsuspecting DB... He's not one of my favs from this real deep class...But if we're talking about the 4th-5th round area I think he's got decent value there...
  7. 1. Sam Darnold - Browns 2. Josh Rosen - Fish 3. Josh Allen - Jets 4. Baker Mayfield - Bills 5. Lamar Jackson - Cards Bonus: Bills Pick - Baker Mayfield
  8. I'm uncertain why I've seen these kinds of theories from time to time on this board... But the one thing I'm about 99.99999% sure about concerning the Bills management in 2018 is that Beane and McD are tied at the hip...And that ANY decision they come to will be mutual...It's why Beane was brought in... Consistent agreement and a single-minded approach... I truly believe that...
  9. This should be a landslide IMHO... Chark is the easy choice...
  10. Gruden may very well be old school... But when it comes to Khalil the only old school he should do is..."Mack you're my boy!!!" The Raiders better back up the Brinks truck...
  11. It really makes sense... Which is a pretty hard thing to say at this time of the Draft process normally...
  12. Honestly I have never really given Darnold a 2nd thought... I just assume Cleveland will take him and he's gone at #1 overall... If the Bills came out of this Draft with Darnold I would be absolutely floored from shock... Hmmm... Well...Interesting theory if nothing else...
  13. Agreed...But I think Bryan will be in that conversation... And to be honest I doubt Payne will still be around at #22... But for this mock Payne should be the pick...
  14. Bryan not Bryant ...Sorry typo... Yes not listed... Taven Bryan - DT - Florida -
  15. I think Payne or Hurst is the pick in this scenario...assuming Hurst's medicals are all OK... But I think Bryan would be in the conversation for sure...He's Top 20 on several boards...I also think McD will love that kid...
  16. It's a good point because Jackson and Taylor are the same person...And the Draft has already happened...
  17. There are a slew...And I mean A LOT of people who do nothing other than study NFL prospects for a living, ex players, scouts, etc... That disagree with you strongly on Jackson... I do as well... I doubt very, very much Jackson will be available later...His positional value will push him up the board...You can't wait around on a QB...You have to go get them and almost always that means earlier than they are projected... Of all these QB's Jackson's ceiling may very well be the highest...And his floor is certainly no lower than Josh Allen's...He is arguably the most dynamic player in College football over the past two years... Technically he came out a year early...You cannot find one single person out there who does not feel he improved as a passer this past year...He had just as many tight window throws as any of these prospects last year...It's outside the hashes and the deep balls he needs work on...With a similar improvement in College in 2018 he would have absolutely been in the conversation for #1 overall in 2019...Especially if he continues to fill out his 6-3 frame... This is not to say that I think Jackson is a sure fire prospect...I think he needs a minimum of a year on the bench learning and he'll need a Coaching staff dedicated to building an Offense around what he does best......But if that kid reaches his potential we're talking about something really, really special...
  18. For what it's worth... Howard and Jeremy had Chris Price of Boston Sports Journal on this AM...He said that yes, the Pats are taking a QB...But the reality is more along the Kyle Laulatta (he specifically said he thinks Laulatta is a Patsies-way kind of guy), Luke Falk area now...And he said that has moved up since before the Cooks trade when the thought was more along the Mike White's of this Draft...He said the Pats can now be flexible, move around, and look at a QB in the 2nd -3rd...He said he does not think the Pats would be looking at moving up for one of the top 5 QB's...Too many holes, they are looking to re-stock on D and along the O-Line...And he said Brady looks to be there for at least 2 more years... He also said Gronk is going nowhere...He admitted that the Belichick deal is wearing a bit on some of the long time guys...But says that usually wears off over the Summer breaks...
  19. I'm open to a conversation about trading down from #22 IF the Bills don't use it to move up for a QB... #12 is off limits though...That's QB, QB, QB, or used to move up to get a QB...
  20. Panthers for sure... Gives me a good reason to hang with my Nephew...Plus I've lived in NC for the better part of the past 30 years...Hard not to follow them some...
  21. I honestly don't think analytics are necessary to understand Mayfield is the best QB prospect in this Draft... They don't hurt when attempting to make the point though...
