Well...You can't miss it by much more than that! WTF???

Of note this season our longer yardage Defense, where they should have the advantage, has been really poor...

I know it's KC... But that does not take away from the fact that the Bills Defense is just awful...

Milano is a better football player than Edmunds...He just is...He's instinctive, and when he commits he come like like a flash of lightning...He's a disrupter...I do think the shoulder is still an issue with Tremaine. Frazier mentioned it in his presser today. Says Edmunds needs to be more physical, throw his body around more, etc, and that once he feels 100% healthy he should get back to that...We'll see...Edmunds is a better player then he's showed most of this year...My concerns with him have a lot more to do with instincts and, to be honest, I don't think MLB is where he best fits in an NFL Defense.😎

AJ is a better football player than Edmunds. Better floor...Lower ceiling...

I really hate getting down on the kid...I do...But my eyes don't deceive me either... He has to be one of the most easily blocked/manipulated ILB's in the NFL. He rarely fires the gap correctly to make plays in the backfield like Milano. He rarely stacks and makes a play at the point of attack...usually he's effectively blocked then drags down the ball carrier 7 yds past the line...if that...He's just a mess right now. They need SO much more from that position than he's capable of currently. And now I'm really concerned that NFL teams have figured him out...😎

If the Bills plan with AJ is to slim him down and turn him into prototype end then...Well...I think they Drafted the wrong guy. AJ's success in College was not prototype anything. He's a technician...He got things done by being smarter, real good with his hands, and never wasting a step. I do think there was a power aspect as well, but not in a bull-rush kind of way...More leverage...He's a very different-type of DE, but I did feel he was a good choice to replace Shaq because AJ was a little bigger and in time would prove to be excellent vs the run and setting the edge. Which was the path Shaq took before he eventually became a decent, albeit less than spectacular pass rusher. I don't know...It's way to early to tell...I do think AJ will figure things out...He came in very polished in areas where some players never get...😎

I'm not saying Milano is a MLB...Not saying you were assuming that...Just want to make that clear...

He can still play Dime as the only LB...My guess is they let Milano go, though when healthy he's a better player than Edmunds...And I really don't think there is any doubt about that. I think it's glaringly obvious how much this D drops off without Milano. Tremaine is cheap for another year...We'll see...I think they are basically stuck with the plan now. Edmunds can make decisions much easier by playing better...I'm not saying he's the only one to blame. But they need him to be a difference maker...And he's not...

I think there are a few things going on with Tremaine right now...And none of them are necessarily good news... But they are all not necessarily his fault either IMHO. He's a few pounds short of being a proto-typical NFL DE body-type playing MLB. He's never been a great processor, though he did seem to improve a lot last season. NFL teams will eventually find and expose your weaknesses. I've always questioned why the Bills were so sold on Edmunds at MLB...I think the kid would be much better served outside, but that's never been in the plans and now they are where they are. He's a freak athlete. There is a role where he could be really good...I just don't think it's ever going to be inside. I think a coach like Belichick would have him in a Jaime Collins-type role where he can flourish...But right now the Bills are stuck with him on the inside and have to hope he can return to last seasons form REAL quick...

Luke was one of the best LB's I've ever watched... If we can get one of those it would be great!!! 😁

I may have been the only one on the planet that wanted DK Metcalf over Oliver...But I stand by that...Oliver was very good in Collage, but you have to be awfully special to play DT at that size in the NFL. And so far he's underachieved. I think if he was part of a MUCH better overall D-Line group he would be more effective. But he's not someone you can build around IMHO. The Bills better get serious about that position in the off season because Oliver needs some help to be able to play an effective game at NFL 3-Tech...And the bunch they have in there now is not good enough...And WAY too light... Problem is they need help at DE too...

He's definitely struggling out there...Not processing well at all...Maybe the shoulder is still an issue...But right now he's definitely not anywhere close to being as good as they need him to be. And I'm still not going to forget the play where he missed the tackle in the Jets game that led to a TD...The play he hurt his shoulder...That was a 3rd down, and a Pro Bowl ILB makes that tackle for a stop 2 yards short of the sticks...He's a liability right now...

And for a guy with pretty amazing speed for his position he is consistently a step slow to the ball carrier when he has a chance to make a play...

Terrible... But 4-1 is still pretty good... It was one of those nights...But good grief we have D-line issues... Well...Defensive issues period...but no pressure is killing us...

This DE crashing down deal has got to be a coached thing and it's pretty obvious opposing offenses have caught on. Left a CB...A blocked CB at that, as contain on Henry... We have big problems on Defense and they better go back to the drawing board quick.

Hughes crashing down leaving that massive lane for the QB to run twice in this game just killed us... What are they doing there?
