They did. The video posted earlier showed a door pull from the Truck garages that had the same rope pulls. And the pictures from 2019 of the NASCAR garages showed the same pulls. Why someone did not speak up and say something, who knows.

So, I don't remember exact lyrics, but here's the back story. Restaurants/stores will sometimes have Muzak subscriptions. What happens if you don't pay your subscription or it loses the signal? It records the last half hour and just repeats it, over and over. Anyways, we were working at a Wendy's overnight and hearing the same five 50's style songs over and over. One of the two I remember was a guy singing about a girl, and by the lyrics, he was stalking her. All "I'm here for you, if you'd just notice me" and "I see you in the park with that guy that isn't good for you". We called that one the Stalker song The other I remember was a girl singing about an older guy. How most people would think he was too old for her, and he was married, but she knew he was the one for her. That one we called The Pedophile song.

A thread for those thoughts that while interesting, aren't deserving of their own thread. I'll start. Why would this commercial really need to point out in the small print that these people are "Not actual consumers. Paid actors."

That's why I provided the link earlier, that guy basically had written up, and provided pictures, of everything I was going to say. Here's some additional info. Both garage areas use/used the same rope pull for the doors. You can also see, between the video and the pictures, the doors on the NASCAR garages are wider. So I don't know why someone with NASCAR, or any of the other teams, said "Hey! we all have nooses in our garages."

I'm guessing either someone on his crew cut it off when they saw it, or NASCAR or the FBI cut it and took it as evidence. As more information has come out, from pictures and video, it seems it wouldn't have mattered which garage they assigned him, all the doors had the same rope pull installed.

A cruise I was on ended in Auckland, New Zealand, and there was a hotel that butted up right next to the dock. I'm not sure if I would like to stay there because there was so much noise at 6am with all the unloading and reloading of the ship, I don't know how people could sleep.

We got rid of them ourselves. The cops had more important things to worry about than two pavers on a city street.

What about the pavers we found outside our company building last week? It wasn't a whole pallet, but there were two left just off the sidewalk, under a bush, between last Thursday night and Friday morning. I had walked by that particular location several times on Thursday and they were not there. And there is no construction going currently on our block, and there is no sidewalk or patios, etc, with the pavers we found. But there was going to be a protest march on Saturday.
