  1. So if they have the season ticket holder on record sign the waiver, then said STH sells their seats to someone else that did not sign a waiver, can they still sue? I guess we'll find out if/when it happens.
  2. This one deserves it's own "Caption the pic" thread.
  3. That's ridiculous when about a block away is this one for about the same price... https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/196-34-51st-Ave-Fresh-Meadows-NY-11365/2080380574_zpid/
  4. I'll return my cart to the corral about 99% of the time. Now with that being said.... As a former grocery store stocker, one of my duties was bringing in carts. I didn't care if they were in the corral or not, because the more time I spent outside gathering carts, the less time I was spending inside the store dealing with customers. I'd go hiking over the entire lot, making sure I checked the far corners of the lot. In winter I'd check the snow piles and pull out any I found in there. Most of my fellow employees felt the same way, sometimes it was a race when they would call for carts, because the first one to the front of the store got to go get them. And we didn't have one of those motorized cart pushers, it was all pure muscle.
  5. Can I kneel while they play it? And does it really matter if no fans are in the stands?
  6. Unless you live in New York because they refuse to share some DMV info with the TSA, so the TSA has blocked New Yorkers from applying and renewing any of the Trusted Traveler Programs. Hey fans! Send us $29.95 and a headshot, and we’ll print it out and a cardboard figure to be placed in the stands all season, so you’ll be “at the game” without needing to be at the game!!! But wait, there’s more! For just an additional $15.95, get a second figure! Call now, operators are standing by!
  7. And that was a huge jackpot back then. Now there are people that won't play unless it gets over that number.
  8. I apologize. Somehow when I was reading your post, then looking up the numbers, I saw Cali and not Texas. So with switching it back I got 7815 combined now. Either way, NY was getting hit back when they weren’t sure how to treat it, so that could be a factor for a higher death count also.
  9. You may not recognize the name, but you'll remember the stories.... https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/powerball-winner-scandal-jack-whittaker-dies-72-71536558
  10. California 6,164 Florida 3,554 Arizona 1,720 Total combined = 11,438
  11. I would prefer not to wear a mask, but I do because my wife wants me to, and every business and facility I go into requires it. So what really irks me is when I see someone in a business without a mask on, where the doors/entrances have plenty of sign about masks being required, and the store staff doesn't kick them out. If it's No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service, why not add No Mask to that list? Where are you getting your numbers? I did a quick search and I'm seeing a combined number almost twice that 7,500.
  12. It'll be interesting to find out if they will do anything about "tailgates" on private property. As long as you don't try to enter the stadium property, what can they really do. It's just Joe Home Owner and some of his friends having a football watching party on his own lawn.
  13. I didn't see this post, or in the OP's link, it's the email I received this afternoon...
  14. I'm probably the minority, but I would prefer they keep charging me (I'm on a payment plan) and just apply it towards next year.
  15. The last time he ever sang Into The Night publicly...

  17. There’s a good interview one of the local news stations did with him, back in 2017, before his last show ever. If I can find it, I’ll post it.

  19. Stevie T is Steve Tahou, a relative of Nick. I learned that from one of the videos.
  20. He's been doing a cooking show while staying at home. One episode was a Garbage Plate....
  21. I wonder what they'll do. Give fans a choice, pick the three games you want to see this season, or make a random draw for which fans can go to which games.
  22. I've seen a few places offer relish on the plate, has anyone tried it? I have and thought it gave a nice additional flavor to the plate. There's a few places here in the Syracuse area offering plates. I had one from Brick and Barrel in Baldwinsville a couple weeks ago, it was the first plate I considered not being able to finish it all. Not because of taste, but because I was feeling full. They don't have it all the time, they change up the menu weekly. https://www.brick-n-barrel.com/
