  1. The last time the Jets played a home game in New York, was in 1983, in Shea Stadium.
  2. So, an update since I had the procedure done this morning. Started with the laxative pill at 2pm Sunday, and then the prep at 4pm, which was GaviLyte, 4 liters, drinking 8 ounces every 10 minutes till gone. It actually did not taste bad at all; they included a small packet of lemon flavoring to add to it when I mixed it up in the morning. I began to wonder if it was working because I was feeling nothing in the first hour. It wasn't until about 1.5 hours had passed that I, well, started passing. Since I wasn't drinking while I was in the bathroom, it took me to about 10pm to finish the jug. Went to bed once I could go over an hour between bathroom visits. This morning got checked in, and it was about 20-30 minutes from when they knocked me out to when I woke back up. Everything looks good.
  3. I've been in Lincoln Financial, the Eagles stadium, upper deck, and you really don't notice the railings when the game is going on. And staff is good about keeping people off the landing when a play is going on. But this is really a topic for the construction thread, not the PSL thread.
  4. How did your actions yesterday help the Bills win? Something you ate? Did you change your shirt at halftime? Kick that annoying friend/relative out of the house? Secretly get your daughter to the game to surprise your wife? I’ll start… Still wearing no Bills gear when I'm not at the game, watching at home, wife was gone but couldn't see the game, and wanted me to text her updates. I ignored her instead and watched it.
  5. It was technically sold out. Toronto paid the Bills what they would have made if the stadium in OP sold out. Then they sold tickets to Rogers Centre. I went to the games up there. Day of they would be interviewing someone from Rogers and they were always saying to come on down, plenty of seats still available.
  6. Maybe he's declined to be nominated. Letting one of his other teammates get some exposure.
  7. There were 12 people that must have been very worried there for a while that the Bills would not pull it out tonight.
  8. That's what they gave me, said to mix it in the morning and put it in the fridge. A laxative pill at 2pm, then the gallon jug starts at 4pm.
  9. ABC/Good Morning America did a story on his hats today...
  10. That's been one of my rules. Anytime I've ignored it, I ended up losing.
  11. Pick'em One person had a perfect 16-0 this week, Rapa Nul Bills Fan. Five people did not make a single pick. Survivor 7 people knocked out, because they made no pick this week. 88 still remain Most popular winning pick was Baltimore by 33 people Least popular winning pick were Cincinatti, Green Bay and the LA Chargers with each only getting one person picking them.
  12. Thanks guys. I have to read the instructions again but I believe I start prep at 4pm on Sunday, appointment is scheduled for 730 Monday morning. I do have a finished basement so I can stay down there, the couch is about 10-15 feet from the bathroom. And yes, I do think they’ll knock me right out. I did ask about the pill, the doctor said that it does not work as well as the liquid, which I’ve got the gallon jug for that.
  13. I thought there was a thread about colonoscopy prepping but I can't find it. I was originally scheduled for spring 2020, but you know what happened and the appointment was cancelled. I never bothered to reschedule, until my doctor basically forced me to this year. I'm getting the camera shoved up my butt next week. What are some tips and tricks for the prep the day before?
  14. The Home Opener he was charging $80
  15. Mead used to take charge of making a list for Hammer, but then Simon banned him from this site, so he's not available to do that anymore.
  16. "So Al, I'm told that Josh Allen likes to put the milk in first, then the cereal. What do you think?"
  17. Ummm... The Bills beat the Jets because of you... (superstition/karma reasons) - The Stadium Wall - Two Bills Drive
  18. How did your actions yesterday help the Bills to win? Something you ate? Did you change your shirt at halftime? Did you wear any new Bills gear you got for the holidays? I’ll start… I went back to my normal routine, mowed the lawn in the morning, did not wear any Bills gear. We did mix it up though with trying out some new game day foods, one was a giant pretzel, the other a BBQ chicken dip.
  19. Which is funny because Twisted Tea was in front of the Bills store with the other vendors, serving samples. I've only gone for concerts, so I'm not sure how a normal weekend crowd doing tastings might be for them.
  20. Meanwhile, Packers fans don't even get a second look from security when they prevent opposing teams from doing the Lambeau Leap.
  21. Hoffman's if you're in Syracuse.
  22. Yes. This is about 20 minutes from my house. Hard Cider - 1911 Established
  23. I found myself and the wife, but we are in the shadows of the 300 overhang above.
