The Bills have been building their stadium almost a year before either of those stadiums started groundbreaking. Bills groundbreaking was in June 2023. Titans was Feb 2024. Oakland/Las Vegas has not had their groundbreaking yet. Once they all get completed, then you can compare cost over runs.

The first game of the Toronto series was a pre-season game against the Steelers. Driving in, you could see the roof was open before the game, because it was a great summer afternoon, sunny and warm.
