  1. That's probably the same year my wife and her siblings saw them at Lakeview. She had the same thoughts, it was a bad concert. No energy, it was more like an acoustic set than a rock band.
  2. Nice find.
  3. You make her come long time, or you suffer.

  5. Ordered mine a few days ago
  6. Missed - I got two. Peter Gabriel in 1994. He played in Rochester in the spring and I didn't find out about the show till the day after. Then he played at Woodstock that summer. But I didn't know when he was playing. I had considered leaving work Saturday, driving down there and taking a chance he hadn't played yet. I would have worked out since he was the last act on Sunday. Then that September his WOMAD festival was at Saratoga Springs. It couldn't find anyone that wanted to go with me, so I didn't go. Second was the last Tragically Hip show in Kingston. I found out there were still single seats available the day of the concert. Decided being able to see it on YouTube was probably the better way to see it. Regret - Sheryl Crow - I'd seen an show on MTV a few weeks prior, something like MTV Unplugged, but it wasn't that. Her concert was word for word, that same show, right down to the banter with the audience.
  7. May 4th starts the 8 episode "behind the scenes round table" of the series. May be interesting just to hear them talking about each episode... https://comicbook.com/tv-shows/news/star-wars-the-mandalorian-disney-gallery-trailer-disney-plus/?fbclid=IwAR1AgDmnVlgqglaOUHZPvOrN5XlA2gEd2W8HShb7lMfxXIZdnnge8EIzDNc
  8. I wonder how soon they'll have him drop it.
  9. Season 3 already in the works... https://screenrant.com/mandalorian-season-3-renewed-update-disney-plus/
  10. My uncle (RIP) had one he made out of an 1950's era fridge. Removed the shelves, had the tap coming out of the side, freezer compartment was used to keep bags of ice. He had it at his summer camp.
  11. What Jay said. I stopped in in a couple weeks ago and was talking with the guys behind the counter, and they were saying business is about 25% of what it normally would be this time of year.
  12. So, every year for a long time, on the week of the draft, it’s been tradition to go to Nick Tahoe’s on Friday and get plates. This year will be different, since we can not sit inside and eat. The plan is, if you’re okay with being outside with a group of people, to meet up at noon at Nicks, go in and get your plate, then join us outside as we tailgate in their lot. Bring a chair or depending on your vehicle, just open the back and sit. Park in the back of the left of the lot so we’re away from the door. Questions? Comments? @JÂy RÛßeÒ
  13. Yep. Find the item you want on the shelf, write down the SKU, go to the register to pay, then wait by the pickup area for it to be sent down the conveyor from the warehouse/stockroom. I would use those with some gun powder and the 35mm canisters to make homemade explosives.
  14. Part of my wife's job is ordering the little giveaways, like pens, notepads, etc, when her department attends health fairs. Well, she likes to look for those things that most places are not giving away. She's currently storing/hoarding about 5,000 bottles of sanitizer that she ordered last fall in her office so it doesn't disappear. Meanwhile, the Infectious Disease Department is emailing everyone in the hospital looking for sanitizer.
  15. What’s your total?
  16. A behind the scenes documentary is coming in May for 8 weeks https://www.theverge.com/2020/4/15/21221963/mandalorian-disney-plus-documentary-docuseries-star-wars-baby-yoda?fbclid=IwAR2FuJR0uAhid_P6nJrwk4_a5LAN1q7HH51rvV7hLfuQqGz-hMJTGdBI9HU
  17. That was part of my choice. Beta had the better quality, but a blank VHS tape could do up to 6 hours of recording, versus only 5 for Beta. Yep, locally our second video rental in our small town (Video Voyage) had separate VHS and Beta sections. The first video rental "place" (it was Rite Aid pharmacy) only carried VHS, and only one copy of each movie.
  18. So I heard the possible reason the couple I know caught it. Their son had died of cancer, and the funeral was in mid-March. People from NYC came up for the services, and the thought is that is how they contracted it.
  19. When I bought my first VCR, I had to decided whether to go with Beta or VHS. Good thing I went with VHS.
  20. I am still working, I'm an essential employee, even got the letter to prove it if I get pulled over.
  21. We were still using those at the grocery store I worked at in the mid 1990’s.
  22. I got mine, did you get yours?
  23. I haven’t stopped to check.
